It’s that time of the year again: you’re probably gearing up for “trick or treat”, preparing your costume and looking forward to your horror party night. Halloween season is upon us once again and today’s the day.

While it is traditional to enjoy tasty treats and have some fun, there may be one or two pranksters who, late at night, might be tempted to take the "tricks" a little too far. Outsiders might be looking to take advantage and target company vehicles when eyes are less focused on them, knowing the distractions of the Halloween party atmosphere are in full swing.

It’s party time after all, for most people, and a good excuse for a well-deserved break. And for you as well, of course! But we know for some fleet managers, work does not stop for pumpkin carving and fancy dress: you might be involved with fleets which are especially active precisely in order to arrange everyone else’s parties. We bet you’d appreciate a little extra control over your vehicles in such an eventuality, where part of your operational team might be off and you still have the responsibility of overseeing the fleet.

So, how can you protect your assets from pranks, such as theft (of either vehicles or fuel) and overcrowded roads related to the celebrations? How can you feel safe and still enjoy this great fun time of the year?

If you have checked our blog on more than one occasion, you’ll have seen we have different solutions tailored to your needs as a fleet manager. If you want to get rid of the nightmares this Halloween, there is nothing simpler to arrange than a demonstration of our fleet tracking system. We definitely have a solution to relieve you Halloween anxieties—whether strictly connected to working as a fleet manager during bank holidays in particular or something more orientated around your nightlife ;-). In any case, relaxation is guaranteed, as well as safety and protection for your vehicles.

Get in touch, if you haven’t done so this Halloween, and at the very least you’ll be more than ready for the next one. You will have additional reasons to celebrate if you get an intelligent system to protect and develop your business. No pranks, no tricks, no nasty surprises… just the treats.
